Exchange Policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Each item can be arranged for return, exchange, or refund within 7 days from the day of receipt. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • Before requesting a return or exchange, please contact Bennlife and provide your name, order number, reason for return/exchange, and the name of the purchased product. After confirmation, Bennlife will issue a “Return/Exchange Number” for identification.
  • You may return the item by mailing it unopened and unused, with the original packaging and labels intact (except for items with known packaging defects before shipment), along with the delivery note, or by personally bringing the item and delivery note to the address provided by Bennlife. Bennlife will process the return as soon as possible upon receipt.
  • Accepted reasons for returns/exchanges by Bennlife include:
  1. The ordered product does not match the received product;

  2. The product has expired (if applicable);

  3. The product is damaged (excluding damage to the packaging box).

  • Bennlife reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds for orders under the following conditions:
  • Products that have been opened or used;

  • Products whose color differs from the photos on the product description page but have the same name, ingredients, efficacy, and quantity;

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product description page;

  • Products delivered to the buyer for more than 7 days.

  • Refunds will be arranged back to the original payment method and account. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred in returning the products.
